What makes a project successful is unique to each client, which is why we define each client’s expectations through an initial kick-off meeting with the project team. We then formally measure how we are meeting expectations at defined stages throughout the life of the project, including mid-term, completion and post completion.

We provide complete transparency in our processes, documentation, accounting and recordkeeping throughout each project. Internally, our financial information is accessible to all team members and continually reviewed in meetings, including our annual shareholders’ meeting.
