Current Contract Period: 09/01/2017 through 08/31/2020 with two possible one-year renewals.

Founded in 1953 by Louis Spaw and Frank Glass, SpawGlass is 100 percent employee-owned by over 300 shareholders ranging from administrative staff and field laborers to executive management. In addition to our general construction group, SpawGlass operates established business groups focusing on civil construction, senior living and campus housing and building services customized to prolong the lifespan of buildings.

Under the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) Program, SpawGlass is able to provide a single source for work across Texas, including in Austin, the Brazos Valley, the Golden Triangle, Houston, New Braunfels, North Texas, San Antonio and South Texas. We offer service 24 hours a day/seven days a week and guarantee a personal response within eight hours of receipt of a service call.

Fee/Pricing:
Pricing for individual projects under the TXMAS contract schedule is based on a standard coefficient applied to the Bare Cost column of the current RSMeans Facilities Construction Data Unit price book. This cost will be adjusted by the local City index.

With offices in Austin, the Brazos Valley, the Golden Triangle, Houston, New Braunfels, North Texas, San Antonio and South Texas, our TXMAS fees will be the same throughout Texas.
