Leadership through Teamwork (LtT)
Since 1996, SpawGlass team members have attended week-long Leadership through Teamwork (LtT) training sessions away from the workplace to learn first-hand the value of teamwork. This training has resulted in more creative problem-solving, which has helped us consistently produce better solutions for our clients.
Leadership Pipeline Program
Our Leadership Pipeline Program is geared toward the next generation of leaders at SpawGlass. Subjects include Strengths-Based Leadership and emotional intelligence. As a deliverable part of this program, team members present individual Action Learning Projects (ALP) to the SpawGlass leadership group. Several past ALPs, as well as additional ideas from participants, have been implemented throughout the company.
To advance construction and overall business knowledge, SpawGlass team members regularly attend in-house training sessions through our SpawGlass University program. SpawGlass University is more than a training program; it’s a leadership development program that provides resources for individual growth and advancement, enhances and reinforces existing skills and leadership capabilities and develops exceptional SpawGlass leaders for the future. Our team members carry this knowledge from the classroom to the construction field, taking what they have learned and applying it in everyday situations. This process of continuous learning benefits our individual team members and our entire team as a whole, contributing to the success of our projects.
