Our leaders make themselves available to our team members on a one-on-one basis and at our jobsites and offices. They lead by example and work with team members to review their career paths and provide ample training opportunities. SpawGlass has been a 100% employee-owned company since 1995. An integral part of our culture is employee ownership open to all team members, extending from our craft workers to our chairman/CEO.
