The company was founded in 1953 by Louis Spaw and Frank Glass, hence the name SpawGlass. With seven offices across Texas, the company has approximately 600 employees statewide and is 100 percent employee-owned with ownership open to all employees.

  • After offer is accepted, candidate completes background check, goes to clinic for pre-employment screening
  • When Pre-Employment process is successfully completed start date is set
  • Bi Weekly EE’s and interns are assigned a Buddy to meet with them first day
  • First day (all) I-9, E Verify. Bi Weekly and interns – Buddy check list completed
  • All EE’s – Safety Orientation prior to starting work.
