Overview
SpawGlass understands the value in developing lasting relationships with HUB and M/WBE firms. We are fully committed to involving HUB and M/WBE firms in all of our projects, whether participation is required or not, because we believe supporting HUB and M/WBE firms encourages economic growth and development in our communities.

Federal Projects
For federal projects, all specialty contractors are required to comply with the federal guidelines stated in Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify process. These guidelines must be adhered to for all employees.
Specialty contractors also must maintain an equal employment environment as stated in Executive Order 11246, 41 CFR 60-1.4, 41 CFR 60-4.2(d), 41 CFR 60-250.5 and 41 CFR 60-300.5 and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
