As a Platinum Level OSHA contractor, SpawGlass has a proven history of jobsite safety. All SpawGlass hourly team members are required to complete the OSHA 10-Hour training course, and all project management team members are required to complete the OSHA 30-Hour training course. A number of team members also have completed the OSHA 100-Hour Construction Site Safety Technician program.

To further reinforce our commitment to safety, we contract with an outside safety consultant to analyze potential hazards on jobsites, provide site specific preconstruction safety hazard analyses, perform appropriate training and conduct frequent OSHA-level inspections.

SpawGlass also provides financial incentives for zero recordable incidents:
  • SpawGlass pays $100 quarterly to hourly team members when the entire regional team completes the quarter without having a recordable incident.

  • At the end of each year, an additional $100 is paid out to team members who complete the entire year without having a recordable incident.

  • Project management teams are rewarded for timely closeout of a job with an additional bonus amount for no recordable accidents during the project.
